The issues seem to keep piling up for Tekashi 69. The controversial rapper was arrested last week on racketeering charges, and now TMZ has received the transcripts of a wiretapped conversation between several of Tekashi’s former crew members seemingly plotting against his life.
The conversation took place after Tekashi’s appearance on the Breakfast Club morning radio show two weeks ago where he denounced his affiliation with his former group Treway.
Jamel Jones, a gang member and formerly part of Tekashi’s inner circle, says in the transcript, “[Tekashi] is trying to dry snitch at the same time, homie. But he keeps saying, f*** Treway, f*** that n****, Treyway. Ain’t no n****, Treway. F*** Treway.”
Tekashi’s former manager Kifano Jordan, aka Shotti, then responded: “I’m a feed him though.” Prosecutors now believe that Jordan was referencing bullets when he said “feed.” In another part of the tape, an unnamed associate mentions that Tekashi’s going to get “violated” and Jones responds “super violated.”
Tekashi 69 is facing big problems with his racketeering charges, but it appears as though his arrest may have ultimately saved his life with his former Treyway running mates scheming against him.
