ROCKTOBER IS BACK!: Concert featuring Kiaura Rose and Knuckle Deep on Friday 11/11

It’s that time of year again, when WHIP Radio presents Rocktober 2022! The culminating concert will be held on Friday, November 11th at 8 p.m. EST at Orpheus’ Garden and livestreamed on WHIP’s Instagram. After the voting between the initial 16 Philly-based bands, Kiaura Rose and Knuckle Deep are ready to rock out with you!
Rocktober is a WHIP Radio tradition in its third year. Throughout each October, WHIP followers vote for their favorite local musicians on WHIP’s Instagram in a bracket-style competition. Semifinalists were tasked with covering a throwback song from 1982 or 1992, with finalists following with covers of the first song from shuffle on their playlists. 3. Repo Records
Repo Records is a staple of South Street, sharing music old and new of almost any genre, all in the coolest atmosphere. While you’re flipping through records, you can also check out posters, t-shirts, patches and more, just in time to get yourself or your music-loving friends holiday gifts! Plus, they have some of the best Tik Toks in the game. Repo Records is open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m.- 7 p.m.
