The Chats, an Australian punk rock band, made a stop in Philadelphia as a part of their U.S. summer tour this past Saturday, July 20th. Comprised of Eamon Sandwith (lead vocals/bass), Josh Price (guitar/backing vocals), and Matt Boggis (drums), the trio have been releasing music since 2016, including their most popular song & 2017 viral hit, “Smoko,” and two EPs — The Chats (2016) and Get This In Ya (2017).

Selling out two back to back shows at Kung Fu Necktie, the band had a rambunctious and excitable crowd waiting for them. Entering the stage backed by the Rocky theme song, fans cheered them on and the chaos only continued to grow throughout their set. Check out the photo gallery of pictures from the first show below!
