In the run-up to Election Day on November 7, WHIP Radio will welcome state and local candidates to the airwaves this coming Monday.
Dan McCaffery (D), candidate for Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
This year’s race for Pennsylvania’s top state court could transform election administration and reproductive rights in the state. Judge McCaffery is set to join WHIP at noon on Monday to talk about the campaign and his vision for the Court.
City Councilwoman Kendra Brooks (Working Families).
This year, the Working Families Party will look to capture two at-large seats on Philadelphia’s City Council—a victory that would make the WFP the second-largest party on Council. One of those candidates, incumbent councilwoman Kendra Brooks, will join WHIP to talk about the race and what it means for Philly.
Drew Murray (R), candidate for city council.
One of the Republicans running for an at-large seat, Center City District board member Drew Murray, will also appear on WHIP Monday to discuss his campaign and the implications for City Council.
Editors note: WHIP has also reached out to other candidates for offices including mayor, city council, and the state court. This page will be updated if they respond. WHIP Radio does not endorse any candidate
