Odie Leigh’s performance can best be described as electrifying, powerful, and emotional. On November 16th, from the second she stepped on stage, she lit up the cozy First Unitarian Church, and the audience lit up, too.

Odie Leigh and her band had an electrifying stage presence. Each song was full of emotion, and the connection with the other band members made this a great crowd to be in. All band members wore stripes, which added to a fun performance that combined the energy of some of her upbeat songs and was still casual enough to feel authentic when Leigh decided to go acoustic.

Odie Leigh’s Setlist covered fans’ favorites with Either Way, No Doubt, and Conversation Starter. All these songs leaning on the pop side of her notorious folk style were performed with vigor and enthusiasm. At one point during the conversation starter, she had the crowd go into a respectful mosh, and we were told to run in a spiral that livened up the second half of the performance. It wasn’t until she was alone for a few songs she performed the most popular Crop Circles. It felt as though she was able to connect with the audience the most and perform in the most raw, authentic, and acoustic Odie the fans know and love.

Starting off with energetic songs, emotional songs in the middle, and closing with Take Back where she had the audience sing  “I’m going to take back some of my time,” on repeat; This concert left the atmosphere inspiring and empowered, the audience did too.
